1、summary
Social inequality is often highlighted in education and gender perception. For example, many people continue to propagate notions of anatomy that are inconsistent with reality and call the same reproductive organs by different names. These problems involve deep social constructions and cultural practices. Misgendered biology promoted in education and research exacerbates misconceptions. Reproductive organ variation, rather than eye or hair color, was chosen for classification, reflecting society's emphasis on gender. Gender beliefs affect individuals and societies, and while scientific and sociological research has revealed the fluidity and complexity of gender, traditional beliefs remain powerful, influencing legal, medical, and social norms.
2、Interesting place
What's interesting about gender inequity is that even as science reveals the complexity and fluidity of gender, society still clings to simple binary classifications. Traditional attitudes dictate strict gender roles, affecting everything from education to careers. Transgender and non-binary people, once considered sacred or special in some cultures, face discrimination in modern society. These contradictions reflect the social construction and cultural diversity of gender concepts.
3、problem
Why is society so stubborn about traditional gender roles, even when those roles limit individual development and freedom?
