1.Summary

Scientific methods are empirical methods for acquiring knowledge, and since at least the 17th century sociologists have mainly used scientific methods to study social phenomena. The scientific method involves careful observation and rigorous skepticism because cognitive assumptions distort the interpretation of observations. The process of the scientific method involves making assumptions, deriving predictions from assumptions as logical results, and then making experiments or empirical observations based on those predictions.

2.What I learned

This article covers the history and theories of the scientific methods we use today. The ubiquitous element of the scientific method is empiricism, but not always consistent with the form of empiricism, which requires an evaluation of every angle, is not a single formula, and is closely related to rationalism and scientific theory.Just like when we encounter problems in our daily lives and studies, we should also evaluate and consider them in many ways. These expressions have gradually improved and become a common method of use in our information media and blog sites.

The scientific method requires scientists to verify that their hypotheses are correct through repeated experiments. But if today's science and technology and experimental conditions are not enough to test their hypotheses, but because of the iterative nature of science and technology, it may be possible to test them in the future, is the theory right or wrong?
